I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional value for the price. Despite being underrated and not appearing on Google Maps when filtering hotels, this gem exceeded my expectations.

I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff during my recent stay. When I called the reception to send someone to help carry my luggage, I was told assistance would be sent. However, after waiting for quite a long time, no one showed up, and I ended up carrying my luggage by myself. When I later passed by the reception desk, I noticed the lady I had spoken to was casually chatting with others instead of attending to guests’ requests. I had booked a suit room here, when we came to check in the front desk officer or receptionist behavior was so rude, he was unable to turn on the lights, we book the Elite people believing Anant Executive provide excellent service, but I was wrong.

Note: Anant Executive (Group) please teach your receptionist lady, she is speaks very disrespectful she is least bothered about customers.. Please give some training or replace that Lady. We have huge Respect towards Anant Groups please don't allow to spoil it just because of some...
