Hotel located in a Shopping Mall "Gold Hub" on the third Floor. Shopping Mall is not that much happening, most of the shops r closed, some r open.

Hotel Rooms r big enough to play FootBall. Rooms neat and clean. But check water when u took room. V were not having water n Taps in morning, even to take bath. And it happened both days till they managed to do something so that few droplets of water was flown through taps. Wifi is present but does not work. Food As compared to city of Gulbarga, costly and not that much tasty. Can get good options outside.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel neat and clean. But lifts n Hotel r very old and feel like v r traveling through Old Era Lifts of 70's and 80's.

Hotel around 2km from Railway Station and 4 to 5 km from Kalburgi Airport. But Kalburgi Airport does not operate much flights and the biggest nearest Airport is Hyderabad itself which is around 5 Hours by car.

Overall Hotel is not Bad but not good also as compared to the price we pay....

This hotel is situated on third floor in 'not so happening' mall. So you've to carry your luggage by climbing staircase then go to other end of the mall to take a lift to third floor. Moreover they don't have bell boy. Restaurant is on second floor so every morning you've to go down for breakfast. Food was ok. I've ordered and tried only vegetarian food and it was ok. Though room was spacious it is badly designed. No exhaust in bathroom! Bed was comfortable. Bed linen, pillow covers, bath and hand towels were clean.

Service and staff behaviour can be improved by imparting training. No Express laundry. laundry received even after 12 hrs was wet (sic). Sound insulation was not good so you can hear outside noises.

No fire safety measure found. No fire escape map in the room. No stationary in room. In fact room was no equipped with basic toiletries. For the price they charged this all is not at all acceptable. Check out was not breeze. Lack of professionalism.
