TBC-The Bombae Corner — Restaurant in Karnataka

The Bombae Corner is a tiny eatery at the entrance of the Orchid Mall

At first, I thought how will this tiny food court compete with the mighty KFC situated just opposite to this tiny place. Bombae Corner and KFC are like the proverbial David & Goliath

This tiny restaurant reminded me of the 1998 Govinda-Kadar Khan blockbuster "Dulhe Raja"!

The real or rather the biggest drawbacks of KFC are two.

One, KFC does not serve 'full' meals. It serves only 'fried' chicken! Two, it does not serve 'spicy' chicken the way we Indians like chicken!

This is where The Bombae Corner scores high above KFC!

The Bombae Corner serves dozens of 'exotic' and 'spicy' chinese dishes that are truly a feast for a King!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the bland food served at the KFC a couple of days ago. And I just thought, why not try out this 'tiny' eatery just opposite KFC?

And I just ordered a Chicken Soup and Chicken Hakka Noodles for dinner out of curiosity. But the sheer taste of my dinner left me mildly stunned! It was one of the most tastiest meals that I had tasted in months!

The meal had impressed me so much that I visited this eatery again yesterday and tried out chicken fried rice & chicken lollipop! The superb taste of this meal left me licking my fingers!

Hooked to this awesome taste, I once again went there this evening and ordered chicken sizzler! The Sizzler was simply superlative and exotic!

The Bombae Corner could be a 'tiny'place, but it packs a mean punch! I mean it serves an exotic meal

I wholeheartedly (and with a contented stomach!) recommend this awesome eatery for casual or maybe even a formal dine-out

This is the 'real' Bombay!

This is my first time at kalburagi and was hear for some work and I went to KFC with my kids to enjoy the bucket chicken my younger daughter was very much found of Chinese food as we belong to Mumbai she insisted me to first take a manchow soup looking at tiny shop naming Bombay Chinese corner I told him this is not Mumbai they don't serve tasty food but she started crying and without my willing I have to order manchow soup before going to KFC and friends when the soup is ready my daughter started taking a sip and told me dad you will forget Mumbai taste I laugh at her and told her carry on beta but she request me and I took a sip and dude the taste was really mind blowing we tried every thing like lollypop, combination rice and sizzler noodles the taste was awesome I'm requesting all foodie's to try at least once and I'm tankful to my daughter for insisting me for having soup at that small place. Tks to Bombay Corner for giving awesome taste at Kalburagi....
