Terrible Manager who treats customers like some beggars

Denied us the room that was pre booked through the Agoda website , stating that we've only done booking for two rooms with max occupancy of two.. Apparently according to him , max occupancy doesn't refer to the maximum number of people who can stay in a single room..

Had to pay extra charges of 800 per person. Horrible experience.

keeping all this aside , he is yelling at us , and asking us to cancel the booking and go away when it's already 11pm. His words towards female tourists of our group was traumatising to listen to. His apologies which came later included a fact where he stated that he had a couple of drinks which casued him to behave in that manner. Definitely no GM of any hotel would treat their customers in such a way.

Well this was an unplanned holiday though. It was my daughters Bday surprise. Well the place is overall good for families. Sad part no Bar or anything otherwise it's clean and relaxed environment. Only default is the Restaurant food is pathetic and over pricy simple lemon soda is 120. Biriyani was 300 but horrible it was old and dry tasted so bad on my daughters bday to give such a food we were upset. Well the management Said they would give us a complementary, but didn't want to ruine our dinner wasting money again. We went out had a wonderful meal. Well wish they reduce the bill or do something on the overall 600rs on biriyani. Even the starter lollipop it was random kebab pieces with nothing to hold just 5 for 300 without sauce. Overall food was bad. Above that wonderful even the infinity pool was great water is too cold though cos of weather. Well I would recommend this to many thank you...
