Treebo Emora Grand — Hotel in Karnataka

Hotel Emora Grand partnered with Treebo Hotels makes it a very budget friendly hotel with offers which are undeniable. Rooms are completely worth the price or you can say better then the price.

I actually travelled here through Flight, as it is closer to Bengaluru Airport. Being there to enjoy places as I arrived there I was little disappointed as there are no great place nearby and even outside it was all construction area full of different hotels and being one way outside it, making it little difficult to commute by cabs. Even the highway is almost 500m away so travelling for elders is cabs mostly. All you can visit is more than 1 km away. Like Decathlon, some mall but on opposite side.

Though on entering rooms were upto the mark, clean, fragrant. Staff are the most helpful and very cooperative one can ever meet. Seriously the best, they readily helped us with everything. They also had complementary breakfast, with different South Indian delicious veg dishes. You can request for channels you wish to subscribe. Also they have powdered tea kept at room. Free toiletries. They also have parking facility in basement, WiFi with good speed. One Room also had outdoor balcony.

Unfortunately they don’t have their restaurant which is major drawback but they have tied with a ‘Itihaas’ restaurant which is about a km away which delivers the food with nominal packing charges, but taste good. Yet not comfortable to eat in that room. You can also visit restaurant of nearby hotels, or have to walk or book cab to very far places. I don’t know why but during my stay I observed power cut some time. though they have inverters.

As I mentioned there is nothing interesting view outside but a barren road and hotels. Or even the Hill region. But it quite good if you want to have a rest at hotel with cool AC, and TV and supercool Staff.

Waiting area is good with soft cozy sofas. They also have facilities for online checkin so you don’t have to show...

The room was perfect. Breakfast was okay. The check-in and night staff was fine. But the day-time manager was extremely rigid and heartless!

We arrived at 5am due to a delayed flight. not to mention construction work nearby made our taxi stop 550 meters from the hotel and we had to carry out luggage there by walking.

We could not stay after 12:00 without the management choosing a 10 minute argument with the guest over letting us simply sleep a little longer. My wife has a sleeping issue on top of all this.

No body told us when we checked in about the checkout time (11am) and how important it will be to checkout on time.

Very disturbed and disappointed by this experience. I'm fine with paying 200 extra per hour but I expected at least a little better treatment from the management. He didn't even care... not even...

The stay 👍 is good at reasonable prices. It's located at the Main junction next to Decalthon.

Pro : The complimentary breakfast is good. The items like dosa and sambhar were fresh and tempting to eat. The fridge was available.

Con : The wash room flush is broken and working properly. The car parking is a little difficult. Hair dryer not available. The food were not served at dinner.
