Rooms are big and spacious as well as well ventilated and consisting of Non-Inverter AC (Read diff between inverter and Non-Inverter AC if u want to know why am ranting so much) Room service is available during hours of operation of restaurant only (No 24*7 tea or coffee in room) Rooms need some serious renovations. Verdict : Rooms not satisfy the cost of 224 Rs (Booked by OYO for 3 Guests in 1 Room)

Reception and Hospitality: Rating:1/5

After booking with OYO, we checked in the hotel and receptionist did blunder and allotted our room to another family. Manager asked us to cancel our booking from OYO (PS: He charged us by OYO charges only and we lived in same room where we checked in )

Language issue can be faced in their restaurant. Waiters wont understand the conversation. Manager or the main cook of restaurant is dumb (Read Restaurant section of review for more info)

PS: Hotel Manager is very generous to help and sweet worded and knows Marathi very well :)

Restaurant: Generally whenever we visit south Indian places, we prefer to eat traditional food only but one day while we decided to have dinner at the restaurant of this hotel, we got worst experience,

I work for TEDx Events, so hospitality is important for me. Somehow we placed out order and the waiter somehow ended uped arranging 2 plates instead of arranging 3 on table. We ordered Manchurian as starter and "HOTEL SERVED IS MANCHURIAN WITH LIGHT FLY INSECT DEAD IN IT"

on asking waiter to call manager, manager finally arrived and says "Sir, It's an insect!" he even didn't showed courtesy to apologize for this.

This restaurant works in certain operating hours only so you will get tea or coffee in those hours only at your room

Final Verdict: Don't expect hospitality, good food in this hotel. For good food visit hotels on MG Road Make sure that room windows are closed else mosquitoes will take care of you! Even don't visit the neighbor hotel, it is also blessed by mosquitoes Hotel s not worth for money that you pay.

Stayed there as oyo had a reasonable price for a bunch of our friends to stay.but the property to be upgraded too much to attract the guests to visit again. Being a bachelors we managed there for one night and we had to find another hotel the very next day. There positive points are less which is

Reception lady who checked us in allloted rooms knows how to handle the guest and always greets with warm smile. The room boy helped us through the things when had problem with the tv and ac. Price were reasonable.

Cons.

We got only one rooms and we had to wait for half an hour for 2nd rooms. The rooms doesnt seems to be same as shown on oyo websites. No amenties in the rooms were kept. Upon requesting one soap was given to each person which was from oyo apart from that not even a basic thing like water was also placed in the room. No intercom facilities were there and we had to go to reception ourselves for everything that is needed. Towels and linens were outdated and smelly. Ac remote was not kept but they gave us later upon asking but still no cooling from the ac. And no batteries in tv remote. And even some switches in the rooms doesnt work. Window sills was full of dust seeing that all of us stayed in one room

Overall pathetic rooms. If you dont want to ruin your stay. Find...

I had a really bad experience and uncomfortable experience. In OYO the hotel has 4.6 rating and the reason for that rating is - the hotel staff force the guests to give them 5 rating on OYO at the time of check out. So when the guest is at the reception for checkout, the first thing they say is, "sir open your OYO app, go to your booking, and sir give us 5 rating", that's how they demand.

Coming to hotel experience, though some of the staff at the reception are courteous and friendly, the property itself is very badly maintained.

The room and bedding are not cleaned properly. I still found so many hair on the bedding, the bedsheets and towels though washed, it doesn't look clean or new. The bathroom is absolutely not well maintained. Such a big establishment and they cannot afford a clean and new bucket (look at the pictures).

In 2019, who uses such old, really old TV???. There is a lamp but not cover to it. AC works but no cooling, ceiling fan makes noise.

Really sadden by the experience. OYO and the hotel management really need to look into the mentioned issues and lot of other issues.

I definitely won't go back to this hotel and I don't recommend this property as well. But if you do decide to book, best of...
