Prabhu Homestay — Hotel in Karnataka

Wrost service I have ever seen in my life ...basic amenities and facilities were not available... simple courtesy he doesn't have ...how to treat to a customer...we have paid Rs.1500/- for the same but felt that we had stayed on a low class dormitory ...you were always saying to adjust among yourself... Please see the below replies.

1. You have said in a comment that we have reached at 12 pm... if it is so then why you have given lunch at 3 PM... You are replying lies... we have reached at 2 PM and you know that.
2. Also you have replied we have not paid until 4 PM. Here also you are lying.. Sir, we have paid Rs. 1000/- in advance one day before...You know we can share the payment screen shot... About full payment timings you are well aware that we want cancellation because of your rude behaviour. And we have not seen in any hotels, lodges, homestay that in 1 hour of check in people have to pay full amount.
3. In one comment to my friends you have written we don't know what is basic amenities. May be you are forgetting you have not provided Drinking Water, Soap, Towel, etc .. You are forgetting that we are paying Rs. 1500/- per day for each room for this.
4. To one of my friend you told in a reply that we don't have money to purchase Rs. 20/- water bottle. Sir, whether you are out of your mind or what? Whether you forget that we have paid you for 3 rooms.
5. In one reply to my friend you have written that we got the service we people deserve. So you are accepting that you have given the worst services. Shame.
6. In our 5 years of trips we have not seen anyone like you. We know you don't have any positivity. But at least try to treat people in a good way.
7. You are saying we are intentionally lowering your ratings... That shows how is your mindset. Being in a service industry you have to accept what is customers feedback... It show how rude is your behaviour...

Hi, Anish Kumar here. I recently stayed at Prabhu Homestay — the experience was peaceful, relaxing, and just a 4-minute walk to the temple. After a long journey, this was the perfect place to rest.

However, I feel the need to expose Sandeep H S and his group (Kandaswamy, Rakshith, Rakshith Gabri, Rahula, Archana M) for spreading fake and misleading reviews. Coincidentally, we stayed at the same time and had rooms next to theirs, so I personally witnessed everything.

They booked for 8 people but turned up with around 15. The owner, Prabhu, politely explained the issue and even offered a bigger room, which they declined. He informed them about the extra charges as per online booking rules, and they agreed to pay in the morning. Instead, they snuck out without paying a rupee extra. I even asked the owner not to let them go, but he let it slide out of goodwill.

To make things worse, they brought a gas cylinder and cooking gear, and left the corridor filthy. Yet they had the nerve to spam fake reviews using multiple accounts just to tarnish the homestay’s image.

As fellow customers, we also have a responsibility to behave decently and respectfully — something this group clearly failed at. Frankly, they were the classic case of “Ulta chor kotwal ko daante” — doing wrong and then playing the victim.

Thank you, Prabhu Homestay, for the wonderful hospitality. You went above and beyond — even handing out extra bedsheets at 1 AM. You deserve honest guests, not...

worst stay experience...and rude Homestay owner..we stayed there for 2 days in month on December.

Unhygienic The stale dishes of the people beside our room who had there dinner were left the over night out site our room door when asked the owner to take the dishes as we wanted to have our breakfast he said that the cleaner who comes in the aftenoon will pick it up.

Rude behaviour the owner has a rude and non adjusting nature.We stayed there for 2 days... since we had the train at around 3 in afternoon we requested them to extend the checkout till 1:00 -1:30 so that we can have our lunch and leave but he clearly said no as there were other book which was not true as no one came there to stay.

So we checked out at 12:00 pm sharp and left our bag outside the home as discuss while booking to which the owner had agreed before later as usual boosted about it like he is doing some favor on us.

As we were about t leave my mom had to use the washroom as we had a long journey ahead so we as him and there was room empty that could be used but he clearly did not care and refuse as he said then the had to clean the wash room again ...that is when we had a argument with the rude owner.

I am sure the owner will reply back to my review as he had told me one review would not have change any thing.....
