I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where EHK Mukti and Chaitra were the room supervisors, and I must say, they provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests truly made my stay memorable.

From the moment I arrived, EHK Mukti and Chaitra greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. They were incredibly organized and efficient, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. They took the time to explain all the amenities and services available to me, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed.

Throughout my stay, their commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort was evident. My room was impeccably cleaned and tidied every day, and any additional requests I had were promptly taken care of. Their attention to detail was impressive, as they would even go the extra mile to arrange my personal belongings in a thoughtful manner, creating a welcoming and personalized atmosphere.

Hotel Location: This hotel is located on the main road. Centrally located, very close to the main bazaar area, Bus Stand and a Mall too.

About Parking: Enough open space within the compound of the property is available for parking vehicles.

About Rooms: I stayed with family in Room # 302. Room consisted of a two single sized bed and were joined to make a double bed, the bed have been totally worn out without much of a cushion left in them. The most disappointing was the non working Air conditioner in the room, even after 3 hours. Finally had to raise a complaint and started to work after some Jugaad. The shower cubicle did not have a door and was compensated with a shower curtain having few holes here & there.

About Restaurant: The Hotel has a restaurant in the ground floor, Tiger Trail serving both Veg & Non Veg food. Visited here for Lunch. Food quality and portions were descent; however the taste could have been better. Service was pathetic, people serving there were very relaxed.

The morning buffet breakfast good with elaborate spread on the menu. I was here by 7.50AM, there was none to serve water as well. Had to make repeated requests for some items from their Live counter, but still it was not served, finally made a visit myself and got the item. I found that the Donuts, cakes and croissants were frozen and did not feel like fresh ones.

During the breakfast, we found a Medium size glass piece in the Masala Dosa, the same was brought to the notice of the Manager and also to the Chef. Was really astonished as to how a hotel of this repute makes these kind of blunders.

About Staff: Management must work really hard on this aspect, except for the person in the reception, I found most of the people in the restaurant and housekeeping were not that responsive when you compare the standards of Royal Orchid.

Overall: An OK property, just to...

The name says it all "Royal". A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The property was very neat and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of wooden furniture which gave a Royal look - Wooden Cupboards, Headboards, Nightstands, Glass top Coffee table, Study/work table, mirror, and a couple of chairs along with an Iron, kettle, and coffee/tea. The washroom was clean as well with toiletries, a hair dryer, a shower shave mirror, and clean towels. Amazing rooms.

Room service was quick enough and loved the food. They have an app to place an order, no need to call anyone - Seemed to be advanced, Nice. The staffs were friendly and humble esp. Gopinath was really helpful and guided me well. Thank you, sir. Housekeeping and security were well-trained and soft-spoken.

The property is just a few steps away from the bus station (both KSRTC & Private bus). The city mall is just close by. Other places too are accessible. Loved the Elephant camp, Safari, and Kayaking/boating. Beautiful Sacred heart cathedral and Rameshwara Swamy temple (which I visited). I enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again - There are lot many more places that I couldnt visit so surely next time. In love with the place. Thank you so much Royal Orchids....
