Super Capital O Sai Arya Residency — Hotel in Karnataka

Editing my review made earlier. This is the second time I wished staying here through company. The most worst experience one can have in their lifetime was provided to me. Thanks for the lowsy staff available and the cleaning team who have cleared my clothes from the almirah. Night during check out found that the clothes brought during check in was not available and the careless staff are not bothered to find them!!!!! They don't know who has removed my belongings from my room!!!! And they are not bothered to call the responsible person or don't know who cleaned my room and why and what happened to my belongings. They are fine with customer leaving in wet clothes and not ready to call their team to know this even at 9pm. Let customer die but don't disturb the team is their agenda as if we are calling them for my luxury. Had to leave to Bangalore wearing wet clothes as it is still not found!!!! Travelled all night shivering in bus and now not well. Still not received any reply from the hotel. Going to legally take up the issue. Pathetic. our stay was not at all good. Location wise was good but rooms were pathetic. Initially when we checked in they showed one room in 1st floor, which is of lot of stains and foot marks on the wall. Then we informed the reception they changed the room to 316. The room was with Cobwebs, lot of stains on the bed linen, Duvet was light brown in color. At night, the moment we switched off the lights thousands of cockroaches everywhere. There were no towels placed in the room, when we asked, two towels were provided out of that one was in good condition and other one was not even to clean the floor, torn on the side and brown in color. Lift landing area with lot of dustbins, Mops which was not at all welcoming. Except parking and location nothing is good here. overall stay was not at all good. From Bukthi restaurant Manju anna helped us to get some milk heated for the baby. That was the only thing which was good. Rest over all experience was not at all good. I would not recommend this property to anyone. this is like a high rated property with low facilities..honestly nothing.property is not at all good, there is no clean and hygiene maintenance services of the room. as soon we enter the room there was a cigarette smell and no ventilation in the room. the window was locked by the staff, so no ventilation at all. morning staffs were polite but in night when check in the staffs were too busy handling guests. no room boy service so every time I have to get down to reception and ask for what I want. that was really pathetic coz they don’t even have a landline to call them. small parking space which can accommodate 2-3 cars which we didn’t get. my stay was with breakfast but they didn’t provide the breakfast and when I ask them for it they said we are not providing any breakfast. while checking they made me to wait for a while sine they told the hard copy of the ID card is mandatory even though the photo was shown. wifi was...
