New Biryani Paradise — Restaurant in Karnataka

One of the worst service andworst experience ever, i had odered food from this hotel people on saturday and they ended up not sending some items from which i odered, when i questioned regarding this they said theyl send by some time by the time we had finished our lunch , later when i asked for refund they said they will give by same day evening but i dint receive anything even they dint all me back , later next day it was sunday and person told he will come and pay me on monday ,again when i cordinated on monday they took account number and told theyl put money when i dint receive money and called them they were not receiving call,later when i sent my brother to collect money they deducted money and started saying we gave discount and all ,first of all no proper hospitality ,for that no apology mean while no concern to pay coustomers money , one of the worsest experience ever , the way cordinating with me for money was too horrible , first and last...

My wife's favourite place for biryani. we got the chicken biryani and chicken tikka parcel and ate the shawarma there itself. I was eager to taste the chicken biryani and as I was relishing it at my in laws home, it turned out to be disastrous for me as this steel wire ( please see the photo) got stuck in my throat just before swallowing the food. Initially I thought it must be a small bone piece and to my surprise it was a steel wire. How could they be so irresponsible?? We reach out to such places thinking it be hygenic. I don't remember the first time I made a visit to this place. Definitely, A decade ago. People usually prefer take away from here. Recently they have made some changes in the interior. The seating vicinity seems boxy yet its fine as the place isn't crowded at times. They should've changed the restaurant name too because paradise, that was way back then in the year 2000 or so. Now comparatively to those days, Biriyani ain't so tasty. Masala is okay & the rest in the menu doesn't really count as there is nothing special.
