While I have always enjoyed dining at COCHIN BAKERY RESTAURANT in the past due to its excellent service and delicious food, I must say that my most recent experience fell short of expectations. It pains me to say that the service was notably slow, and the overall atmosphere seemed lackluster compared to previous visits.

One of the aspects that surprised me was the noticeable change in the attitude of the staff. It appeared that both the waiters and kitchen staff were not in the best mood to work, which ultimately affected the quality of service provided. Additionally, despite the installation of an air conditioner, it was disappointing to find it turned off during a particularly sweltering summer day. Even the fans were not in operation, further exacerbating the discomfort of the patrons.
