I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel for 4 nights
Front Desk Service: The front desk staff were outstanding. They were always prompt, quick, and available whenever needed. Top class service. Especially appreciate the tea which was top class and was available at any time of the day.
Hot water was provided on request and was always prompt. The washroom was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary toiletries, including toothpaste and a toothbrush, provided.
Cons:
Room Size: The Standard Double Room size was quite congested for more than one person. There was barely enough space to walk around, which made it feel cramped and for the cost of around 2500 per night this is absolutely not worth it.
Mattress Comfort: This is my biggest problem, The mattress was extremely hard, making it feel like I was sleeping on the floor in a prison. Unfortunately, this seems to be a consistent issue across all rooms when I asked the reception
Noise Level: There was too much noise from both the fan and the air conditioner(old window style). While they worked well, the noise significantly disturbed my sleep.
Access to Hotel: The entrance roads to the hotels in this area get barricaded at 10 pm, requiring a five-minute walk to reach the hotel. +
This area is much better to stay in compared to Paharganj (which is too dusty and lacks cab accessibility) or Mahipalpur (which is far from places of interest). This area is at a midpoint and offers quick and easy access to everything important for your stay.
Overall, for me this is not value for money in terms of amenity and comfort especially for a long stay where you need...
Read moreThis hotel was booked for us as part of a Rajasthan tour and was the least satisfactory out of the two weeks (the standard was high).||||Superficially very nice looking, nice reception area, nice corridoors etc, rooms itself also nice looking. However, on closer inspection there was significant dust, dirt etc around the edges of the room and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest - the shower curtain should really have been replaced. But good AC and TV, even a kettle in the room.||||Having said that, the positives:||||Staff - were super friendly and helpful. Answered our questions etc.||Location - nice and close (few minutes walk) to a metro stop, internet cafe, restaurants, also plenty of other hotels in the area so you feel safe.||WiFi - some of the fastest we had and more importantly, unlike most places in India, there was a router on every floor so you always had strong signal in your room.||||We had breakfast included, which was nice enough (jam toast, tea etc) but didn't eat other meals there as whilst they offer food, there is no restaurant space, so you have it in your room...||||Overall, fine for a few nights, but not amazing.||||Travelled June 2013, as a couple, AC room, booked as part of...

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The disaster started right away with the transfer: the hotel-arranged taxi arrived 30 minutes late at 1 AM, and the driver, like the rest of the staff, was rude and disrespectful.
The room was disgusting: sheets stained with blood and torn, dirty towels, and a filthy bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work, and when I asked for help, the staff rudely warned me not to touch the remote. Only after telling them that they were clearly fooling us, they brought another remote, but the problem remained. After insisting, we were moved to another room, but it was just as bad: dirty sheets, no toilet paper, and uncontrollable air conditioning that dripped onto the bed.
If you care about your health and well-being, avoid this hotel. A...
