As a travel agent dedicated to ensuring my clients have the best possible experiences during their travels, I recently booked a stay at this property for one of my guests. Unfortunately, I must report that the experience fell significantly short of expectations, leading to considerable disappointment.
My guest encountered several significant issues that detracted from their overall enjoyment of the stay. Firstly, there was a notable lack of service throughout their time at the property. This included delays in response times for requests and a general absence of attentiveness from the staff. My guest felt that their needs were not prioritized, which is particularly concerning in the hospitality industry where customer service is paramount.
In addition to the service shortcomings, the cleanliness of the accommodations was also inadequate. My guest reported that the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and subsequent housekeeping services did not meet the expected standards. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any lodging experience, and it is disheartening to hear that this property did not uphold these essential standards.
Moreover, my guest experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff, which further contributed to their dissatisfaction. Professionalism is crucial in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, and any lapses in this area can significantly impact a visitor's experience. It is vital for staff to maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor, and it appears that this property fell short in this regard.
Throughout my guest's stay, I made several attempts to reach out to the property management to address these concerns and seek resolutions. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered, which only added to my frustration and my guest's sense of neglect. Effective communication is key in the hospitality industry, and the inability to connect with management during a guest's stay is unacceptable.
Given these numerous concerns, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property to others. I will also refrain from booking it for future clients, as it is essential for accommodations to provide a satisfactory experience that aligns with the expectations set by their marketing and reputation.
I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and implements the necessary changes to improve their service. It is crucial for them to recognize the importance of guest satisfaction and to address the areas where they are currently falling short. By doing so, they can enhance the overall experience for future guests and restore confidence in their establishment. Read moreSince this Hotel is located in a blind alley,the property remains calm and quiet even though it is in the busy Karol bagh market area. We stayed for 5 nights and had a very nice time there.It is a decent hotel with well behaved and efficient staff. Karol bagh metro station is around 400m from the hotel.
We were three adults and one infant and the bed was big enough to accommodate all of us.There was no need of extra bed. Room on ground floor was provided and was reasonably big. But later due to some problem with air conditioner we were shifted to first floor where the room was smaller.
But the bathrooms were very spacious. Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brush etc were there .Hot water was available in the mornings and evenings, although i am not aware of the timings.
They did clean the room everyday. Changed the blankets and towels. Everything was clean.
The facilities in the room include air conditioner, LCD tv with tata sky connection,a small fridge below the tv stand, a reasonably large cupboard, dressing table with mirror, kettle and provisions for making tea/coffee and night lamps.
They provided buffet breakfast every day and it starts around 0730 am and was included in the hotel bill. It was good but sometimes there was a shortage of staff while serving tea, coffee etc. Room service takes around 30-45 mins depending on your order which i found reasonable. They used to put too much chilly in the curries which didn’t go well with us in the beginning and we used to mention it while ordering and was taken care in the following days.
The reception guys were helpful and pleasant. Leading Hindi and English newspapers were available in the lobby. Free wifi was available and leaving an initial delay due to some maintenance issues, service was really good.
Coming to the cons, the hotel needs some minor maintenance. We faced one issue each in both the rooms. In the first room, handle of the health faucet was not working properly and in the second one, bathroom door knob was not working. The bathroom can be closed only from inside using the bolt on top, making it difficult for a short person. Forgot to mention this to them and i am pretty sure that they will sort it out. I can Stay there for 2 Days and Nights and Feels too Gud So I give him 5 🌟 to Rooms as a ₹ Star Hotel
But When I come to there services like They add TV service Free with Room But 2 days There will be No cable I tell them 2 Times but No response.
and Also there are food service too bed First of all Food is too much costly If u Go for one time food for single person there will be 500+
And When I ordered Breakfast I ordered sandwiches and egg omlate
But when it Comes so Firstly there is No Bread with Omlate and No butter But in Menu there is Omlate with Bread and Butter and the size of Omlate it not big then u eat it from Market in 2 eggs and there is no Butter with it
So then I Complain about it so after 2 Min. They come and Give some Bread and Butter
And the Sandwiches are not delivered as in Menu In Menu there are sandwiches with with Tomoro, Onion, Butter Slices and Many more But When it Comes there will be Only simple sandwiches u Purchase in market in 20 Rs. and size of Sandwiches is also very small
So Finally I Give 1 🌟 for there food and Other services there are too much froud in there food services Otherwise Rooms are very Gud No daubt
