Hotel O by OYO Le Sancy — Hotel in Karol Bagh

"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked through Oyo, but when we arrived, the hotel management unexpectedly increased the price. The room was very dirty, and when I asked about the elevator, they said it wasn’t working. As for hot water, they only offered a rod to heat it! The staff, especially the receptionist, were extremely rude, acting as if we were begging for a room. They used very disrespectful language and seemed to enjoy taking advantage of customers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

Finally we did not stay here. I said to the receptionist "tu is desh pe ek dhabba hai". He will surely face the issue when he visits...

This is by far the most worst hotel experienced! Check-in took forever to settle! The moment I climb up the stairs I can imagine the nightmare that I will gone trough. We book for 2 nights with breakfast! What we are thinking! Hotel condition is nothing less like brothel. Rubbish by side of corridor, outside the room. You have to climb stairs as elevator is just for display (not functioning). Room look like some dump place. Bathroom is the hilarious part. Nope no shower. You have to use bucket to have your shower. The only good part is MRT station nearby. I wonder how they can still run the business looking at their hotel condition. Nope don't...

The hotel is worst.There is no intercom telephone, no lift, television is not working, bathroom mat not available, table stand not available, shirt & pant hanger not given, hand wash not given, every time to speak about to start the machine for hot water and after 15 minutes the manager switch off it due to which flow of hot water stop.Used blanket provided and not washed properly. The room size is very small & bad smells are coming. Unhigene condition in hotel due to which family feels not safe.Not at all recommended.I would given a BIG ZERO to this hotel.As there is no option for zero “0” rating so one “1”...
