Hotel Prince International — Hotel in Karol Bagh

For location of the hotel I would give 4 stars and for Amenities of the hotel I give - 2 stars. My stay - 28th & 29th December 2021. One of my family member booked this hotel for my stay in Delhi. Location is very good at Karol Bagh where auto & Ola is easily available. Restaurants are very nearby. But my room was very small. Mostly 120 sqft including bathroom. In the walls there were spitting marks of guthka at 3-4 places. No doormat was available until asked. No night bulb was available. Either you have to switch off the single bulb in the room (there was only single bulb in the room and the light was yellowish / Not very bright colour / overall very low grade feeling) or let it remain on. No drinking water served in room until asked. Even the window AC in the room was some damaged body by which cold air from outside came into our room. Geyser was available. For three persons they provided single towel and single soap (very small piece). When I requested them to change the room, they didn't have any spare room left at that time. Apart from location and early check in facility (for early check in they didn't charged extra) nothing was good to say for the hotel. I didn't like my room and the stay. Hotel provided Wagon R for local sight seeing on 1200/- (minimum charge for 8 hours and 80 kms). Car was good and driver was also good. I would suggest pay some extra amount and search for another hotel. Atleast your room should make you happy. This hotel is not recommended. They charged me 1200/- per night (as my family member knows the manager) and mentioned that usually they charge 1500/- for my room. I was totally surprised. I didn't even take a single photo...

First, the hotel has not the same name on booking and in real. So it’s (almost) impossible to find It. We finally had the hotel on the phone and came to pick it up. Even if apparently was to complicated for this guy to just say « hello » or «  how are you » ||||Yes, the personal of this hostel for the first second to last was rude and not welcoming .||||Second, there was dirty stains everywhere on bed’s sheets||||Third, I choose this hostel because the write that they have shuttle option to bring at the airport. I even send an email to ask If it was sure . What you have to understand .. there is absolutely no airport shuttle and they will ask you to pay 5 time the price for a taxi. They ask us 600 roupie we of course said no and took one by ourselves .. we paid 150....

It’s very shamefull to the hotel owner. There is no hygiene and Saniya In the hotel there is only one blanket which is totally poor quality and there is holes in the blanket. When I requested to the hotel staff for provide a fresh and clean blanket then they gave me a dirty and third class blanket. I questioned the hotel owner I paid Rs 1200 for one night stay and you gave me this condition facilities very shame full to you. Who are you I don’t care but I care only our right I also posting this review on my social media account
