The rooms are okay. They did not give us rooms on time. Housekeeping services took a lot of time. AC temperature is fixed at 24 degrees and you can't change. 😅 Hot water problem is there. They promised to serve us breakfast but actually they didn't have any kitchen They ordered the food from outside and served it in the dining area which looked like it was not used for several months it was very dirty plus they served the breakfast in a newspaper which was disgusting. Overall very pathetic experience for me and my family members will never recommend this...

Be aware - Booking Cancelled Without notice on last minute

Worst experience I ever had with this hotel. I made a reservation for two rooms two days well in advance, and when I was arriving, on last minute I was told that my booking had been cancelled – without any prior notice from the hotel. There was no phone call, no email, nothing. I was with my family & had to look for alternative accommodations late night in the city. No alternative options were provided. I have been staying at this facility for a couple of years now, every I am in Trivandrum with my family. The location is perfect, its only a few minutes away from all the major places in Trivandrum. The rooms are very neat and clean and staff are very friendly. I have stayed here on my solo trips also and I have felt very safe.
