I recently dined at parotta hut restaurant that offered a mix of positive and negative elements. Here is my review:
One of the major drawbacks of this restaurant is the lack of parking space. This can be inconvenient for patrons who are driving, as finding suitable parking nearby may be challenging. It is advisable to consider alternative modes of transportation or be prepared to spend some time searching for parking.
Another aspect that may pose a challenge is the narrow entrance to the restaurant. This can make it difficult for customers to enter, especially during busy hours or if they have mobility issues. The management could improve the accessibility by widening the entrance or providing assistance to those who need it.
On a positive note, this restaurant offers a good quality free sulamani, which is a type of traditional drink. This is a nice touch and adds value to the dining experience. It shows that the restaurant is attentive to the preferences of its customers and offers something unique to enjoy. The restaurant also boasts a variety of parota options on its menu. This is a positive aspect for those who enjoy this type of food. The availability of different flavors and fillings provides customers with choices and ensures there is something to suit various tastes. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant may be more suitable for friends rather than families. If you are looking for a casual dining experience with friends, this restaurant may be a good fit. However, if you are seeking a family-friendly environment, you may want to consider other options. The service at this restaurant is described as "okay." While the staff attends to the needs of the customers, it may not be exceptional or go above and beyond expectations. The service could benefit from improvements in terms of attentiveness, promptness, and overall customer satisfaction. On the positive side, this restaurant offers quality food. The taste, presentation, and overall quality of the dishes are commendable. Customers can expect to enjoy flavorful and well-prepared meals during their visit.
In summary, this restaurant has a mix of positive and negative elements. While the lack of parking space and the narrow entrance can be inconveniences, the presence of a good free sulamani and a variety of parota options adds value to the dining experience. The restaurant is more suitable for friends rather than families, and the service is described as average. However, the quality of the food is impressive. Ultimately, it is up to personal preferences and priorities to determine whether this restaurant is the right...
Read moreGood resturant with good ambiance and good food. We had paal porotta ( milk porotta) which is too good. Parking is not that convincing. Shop is small and narrow way to upstairs. But it has good space on the upper floor.

Read moreFood was good, but everything else needs serious improvement.
We visited this place recently and tried their nool parotta, milky al-faham, and garlic chicken and I must say, the food was genuinely good. They also served a complimentary ginger coffee (or something similar), which was a nice touch.
However, apart from the food, everything else was a disappointment.
🚩 Waiting Time & Crowd Management: Before we even got a seat, we had to wait for over 30 minutes. The waiting area was extremely congested, with around 20 people cramped in a small space. Despite this, the staff continued letting more people in, which made standing there even more uncomfortable.
🚩 Poor Menu Availability: Once we got seated and went through the menu, we tried ordering items like bun parotta, elaneer chicken, beef dishes, etc. but we were told almost everything was unavailable. The staff said bun parotta was out of stock and would take 10 days to be restocked, which felt strange for a busy restaurant.
🚩 Long Wait for Food: We placed our order (from the limited options available), and after about 15 minutes, they served the chicken items. But we had to wait an additional 15 minutes just for the nool parotta.
(The photo we took was literally us waiting for the parotta 😁)
🪳 Hygiene Concern: While we were eating, one of the staff came over to ask if we needed anything and simultaneously a freaking cockroach landed on his shoulder. We didn’t want to create a scene and cause panic among the people who were eating and already waiting over 45 minutes to get in, so we stayed quiet. But it was definitely unpleasant and concerning.🙌🏻
Overall what I have to say is the food was okay and the staff behavior was nice. But they really need to improve the time management and keep the cockroaches out. Also if it take more than 30 minutes just to get a seat then then they should inform that to the newly coming customer, instead of letting them all in and making it more congested and...
