I had one of the worst experiences during my stay at this property. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained ,there was odour smell allover the rooms bedsheets were not clean,pillow covers were not washed patches were filled in tbe pillows ,we suffered a lot, with an unpleasant smell the moment I walked in. Basic facilities like clean bedsheets, proper lighting, and hot water were either missing or not working.
The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, showing no concern for guests’ comfort. Service requests were either ignored or took hours to be addressed. On top of that, the food was terrible and overpriced& the owner and the assistant were beeing so rude just gor 1hour we delayed the owner started rageing.
The overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable, making it impossible to relax. This place is definitely not worth the money, and I would never recommend it to anyone.🙏 ,there is no place for vehicle parking& midnight they called to remove car from the parking laun.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a homestay in Munnar. Nice, cozy and compact rooms to stay. If you are looking for a budget stay with your family/friends, I totally recommend this place. The property's owner Shiva deserves a special mention. Right from the start he has been very friendly and one of the best people I have come across. He gives you the right guidance to explore Munnar and supports you in every possible way. I usually don't write reviews but this place and it's owner deserves a good review. I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, poorly maintained, and far from what was promised. Cleanliness was completely neglected, making the stay uncomfortable.
What made things worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner. Instead of addressing genuine concerns, the owner responded with arrogance and disrespect, which was very unpleasant.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. There are far better options available nearby where hospitality and hygiene are...
