Pros The pool and the surrounding area were clean and well-maintained.

An excellent stay option for large groups of 20 or more.

The spacious indoor rooftop is great for conducting games and parties, even during the rainy season.

Two speakers are provided for guests to use.

The chicken grill area and its facilities are good.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

There is a spacious car parking area.

The location is not far from the main Vythiri road and town.

Cons The rooftop room lacks privacy due to glass walls and a door without a key lock.

The exterior of the building looks old, which gives a poor first impression. The images in the website when it is built or repainted.

The complimentary breakfast menu is not shared in advance and very limited option. Puttu, Kadala, Bread& Jam, and Banana alomg with Tea & Coffee

There is very little difference between the Deluxe and Classic rooms, aside from an extra mattress on the floor in the Deluxe room.

The road leading to the villa's entrance is in poor condition.

The staff is not professional.

Rooms are provided with three sharing single bed, which is little tight for 3 Adults, but for groups with kids, you may need to adjust. It's recommended to confirm the availability of extra beds in advance.

Bottled water is not provided; you must get filtered water from the kitchen.

Large groups may be split across two separate buildings, which is not ideal for small families or couples.

Guests are not allowed to cook their own food except Grilling.

The common refrigerator is old and rusted.

Staff do not check in with guests after check-in. You may need to contact them multiple times for basic amenities like pillows and AC remotes,...

Can't thank girassol seviced villa ,Vythiri enough for this wonderful experience. From the point we checked in till we checked out they never failed to suprise us with their hospitality. The stay, cleaniless, breakfast was all upto mark.

On our request , they had arranged a traveller to pick us and drop us back to our starting point. Unni uncle was our assigned driver. His services were remarkable. He made us feel safe and also took us to places on time. If it wasnt for him , we would have missed our train.

Special mention to yazin who helped us with all enquiries about the booking and stay from the beginning. He was with us throught our journey as a guide and a friend. Cant forget to mention mishab, who helped us with everything, in arranging our stay, the bbq, the trek and more.

Both of these people were with us through out our journey making it memorable each second. Moreover, their friendly approach made us all comfortable till the very end.

We chose girassol as a getaway for a day but returned with bunch of memories more than what we had expected.

I ll definitely recommend girassol to my friends and relatives and will surely try to visit...

1.the room corners were all covered with spider webs and not at all clean ..i don't how could you treat ur customers as if they were living in a cattlefarm 2. The heater was not working and my brother got electric shock from one of cable that was left unsafe on the socket . Do you expect the people with family and kids be treated like this |We selected your villa seeing the old reviews pre corona ...it's all well built but very poorly maintained 3. The food cake 45 mins late by 9:15 which s very late as a hotel ...in almost all resorts , they would make the food ready by 7:30 am so that visitors could reach out to places aftr food . |Do you feel we should b stuck in traffic after eating since we could only leave your hotel by 10 . |If r giving bf complimentary , make sure u give that according to customers priority time and not yours 4. The billiard court is maintained well but the other indoor game places were all of dust n dirt. One of my sister got dust allergy due to the very poorly maintained upstairs . It was hard to get hot water and we were behind you to provide us that . The teabags and milk powders at rooms was already used . Swimming pool was clean but please make sure that u donot mix these much...
