V Grand Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

We had dinner at this place on 27th December 2022. We had to go here since almost all other restaurants were crowded. When we entered the restaurant we realized that the lady at the reception is not at all supportive. She was keeping a frowning face and was not at all helping us with dining vailability for 8 people. After 10 minutes we were guided to the family room and we found it extremely dirty. We chose to sit in the outside cabin itself. After 40 minutes of waiting our dinner was served. We found the food quality very poor and discarded most of the food. When we mentioned the same to them, they didn't give any attention. The lady at the reception was kind of " just pay and go". Next day morning most of us got food poisoned. I observed that they are having rooms as well. Don't know how people are feeling it in case of stay. It's my second time in this restaurant. First time we ordered Biryani for 4 people. But I think there are very careless about the order and the guest. It takes hell lots of time to deliver the food as parcel. We get delivered the biryani after 25 minute for 4 people

Incident number 2 When we came to the restaurant the supplier was in the corner looking his phones. He least bother about anything. We halted at vythiri inn for a night. V grande was our favorite food stop for the day and the night. Amazing food, very quick service, very sweet people to help out and to cater to all the needs of their customers. We tried the Kadai chicken, kerala Parota, Malabar chicken curry, chicken biryani, chicken fried rice and lemon tea. And loved all of it. And the cost effectiveness of the place was the icing...
