Lizz Imperial Palace — Hotel in Kerala

Starting off with the location of the hotel, if anyone of you planning to explore places in wayanad this is an apt point to start from...right in the centre of Sulthan Bathery town...easy access to bus and autorickshaws or other taxis. If you love shopping then absolutely best place to wander in, as there are ample shops for anything you wish to shop specially tea powder and coffee right besides the hotel and good quality items too. Regarding rooms.... another thing that we loved about the hotel was this. Space is sufficient for a couple, with clean bathroom and constant supply of hot water. One thing that I found could have been better was the room service in terms of changing the bedcovers and sheets.... v stayed in for 2 nights and 3 days but found the sheets were changed only once. Could not try out the food from the hotel as it was closed at that point for renovation purpose. But the staff was pretty coperative as they provide contacts to get food from nearby hotels and even offered to buy food for us.. The place, even though is right in the middle of Sulthan Bathery, is very quiet and calm. And the rates are indeed very very reasonable. So the ones looking for a budget friendly stay can definitely opt...

As for positive things, the hotel staff is very nice. As things to improve, everything is very dirty, in the beds you find cobwebs from the time of Jesus Christ, the floor is literally a chewing gum, the drawers to store your things is better to leave them closed and leave your things outside. To finish the bathrooms... if I say that we don't even use them, I'm not exaggerating. So we had a 2 day of stay with them … no complains about the room it’s a compact well designed room for a couple …However to overwhelm this place please start a small set of eateries available within the premises like complimentary breakfast or preparing small eateries with coffees/ tea which is the most basic stuffs so that guest doesn’t need to walk out of the hotel for their basic needs 🥰🥰otherwise great property to...
