I recently had the opportunity to visit Paray Residency in Muvattupuzha for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a great combination of ambiance, service, and delicious food that caters to a variety of tastes.

About 11 of us came to stay here to attend a wedding nearby the following day. We came into our rooms to find the bedsheets in absolutely the worst condition with holes and looks like it's about 10 yrs old. We asked the staff to change the sheets and was told that the sheets are clean and to smell it. We had to request them to change it several times but they gave us a hard time before they finally did. Our bed was soo low and the mattress was hard that it hurt our backs. In addition, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The following morning, we noticed the smokers standing outside their rooms smoking. We had kids ranging from 4yrs to 11yrs who had to inhale the smoke. Let me not even get started on the bathroom. A family of five had to survive on 1 towel and no soap. We went to their restaurant for breakfast. We asked for poori and they only had appam. A good property and well maintained. House Keeping needs a lot of improvement. Corridors are very poorly lit and management needs to take notice of it. The property is visibly very old but managements attempt to maintain it are visible. Parking vehicles could be a challenge here and needs addressal. Room airconditiing is centrally controlled without any individual arrangements to maintain temperature to individual needs, can get very cold if ac is kept on and suffocating if ac is manually switched off.
