This place could easily be very good, however, the lack of management lets it down. I booked an apartment with a balcony with a kitchen for good reason. The room had a smashed microwave and a fridge however the power points were broken and burnt so useless. There were no cups plates cutlery of any description. The hot water system in the complex was completely broken so no chance of hot water. 1 towel for the room, and a constantly running tap to top it off. Complaints to the staff were met with smiles but as they were unable to speak any English pointless. We managed to get a different room without the running tap but the same no hot water, the ceiling was covered with moldy spots. One working power point to plug in a fridge. We purchased a saucepan, After numerous complaints using sign language and google images we somehow got a kettle and a hotplate to juggle between the sole power outlet. We were given a frying pan but were woken at 06.30am as they wanted it back, 3 days in after showing pictures of a knife we were given 2. Asking for a manager just got a smile. The balcony overlooked a dumping ground on wasteland, The tv could not be used as the power plug was smashed. no tea/ coffee making, towels had to be begged for along with drinking water. It was so ridiculous it was funny, I kept thinking a film crew would appear from a comedy channel. Just a little effort could make it good but I cant see that happening with kids running the place. To add after 7 days here there has been only one hour of hot water on the 4th day, on the 5th day there was absolutely no water in the bathroom at all. The bottled drinking water supposed to be included has to be begged for and they fill up old bottles from an unknown source, even trying pass them off when you have pointed it out. The parking space for motorcycles is an echo chamber so good fun for locals to rev up there motors as loud as possible at all hours to rock the place, other guest are noisy and messy, the smell of cigarette smoke hangs in the corridors. I doubt any of the good reviews are real as having taken time to look in other rooms they are all run down on not clean plus no one will ever get hot water as the sytem is knackered for the...

Don't know how this hotel got a 4-star review on Google reviews, It's the first hotel from where I did the check-out just after 10 minutes of check-in. It’s nothing like I saw in the travel app or on google. From the moment we entered the hotel premise we got a creepy feel, the attitude of the room boy and atmosphere of the place was really disturbing. We felt we are in an illegal place.

Don’t go here with your partner or family.

When we entered the room, the walls were full of dirt marks and there was a “door” in the room!!!! (of course, it was locked, but someone from the other side can easily peep through it.) and the hand shower was broken.

The only thing good thing that happened here is when we canceled the booking the manager processed the refund without any objection.

I can tell one thing, all the good reviews here can be cooked up ones, For me, it was the most unsafe and worst hotel I've ever seen and I would never stay in a place like this even if they resist...
