Brick House Villa — Hotel in Kodaikanal

Wonderful property (Brick House) and Great value for money.

Safe for a solo traveller as well as for a group. Very accommodating and good for a family of 4-5 members as well.

Property is located very close to the lake just next to lumino stay hotel with multiple restaurants and cafe to access. Amazing view from the house overseeing extreme factor adventure location.

It has 2 bedrooms. An entrance small dining area, hall - with a sofa, table, TV, dresser, and 1 queen size bed and attached bathroom. Another bedroom with a double bed and attached bathroom. You get hot water, provided with towels, shampoo, soap and body wash, dental kit and comb as well. It being a hill station very cozy blankets were provided as well.

The hosts/owners are very very caring and helpful. They provided nice vegetarian means as well at a Nominal pay. The food is absolutely amazing especially Vegetable Biriyani. It felt like eating at home. All 4 days we stayed we ate the delicious food provided by them.

Call the owner. Owner may give you a nice deal as well depending on season/off-season. I went in off-season with my family so got a good deal for 4 nights.

Overall very very nice location and amazing property. Definitely will visit again...

My family and I book a two-bedroom suite in Brick House Villa. The suite was neat except for the bathroom. The European closet in my bathroom didn't have a seat. So every time I had to pee, I would squat. And also the bathroom had a stingy pungent smell coming from somewhere. The bathroom didn't have 24 hours of hot water.

I booked Brick house villa two weeks ahead of my stay via Booking.com. The rate at the time was Rs.3500/-. and I paid in advance. When we reached the hotel, the guy who was in charge informed us the amount is Rs.3900/- without the food. For food, we paid an extra Rs.2000/- and it was NOT worth it. I won't be going back to them anymore nor would I suggest...

We stayed at brick house villa when we had visited kodai the owners are very friendly and the stay is very comfortable the rooms are very neat and clean bed is very spacious and the only thing is that hot water is available only in morning time we reached there by midnight but by request they provide hot water during night very kind to them and also the exhaust fan in toilet doesn't work that's the only cons other than that we had a wonderful stay and the price is...
