Hotel O New Aamaze Inn Near Acropolis Mall — Hotel in Kolkata

Haha, the receptionist was irritated without even speaking, most probably, must be having some prior issues and/or you know. He was handling a a group of 4 people before me who were denied entry, I thought may be some issue must be there.

When my turn came, he told, "itne me toh humlog booking nahi desakte, kaise karenge itne me hum business?"

I was like, it is your listing on the portal who else would have given those rates online? I understood, I will also be denied entry at the booked rates, I simple told them that they must give a cancellation waiver confirmation to the portal, if asked.

One more person was shouting as if he is the king of the world. 😆 "Basic etiquettes and manners seekhlo pehle", after saying this, I simply walked out.

Pathetic...

Worst services they're totally fraud... they're giving extra charges for off-line. Don't go. My experience was totally hopeless and not satisfied. I booked a room on-line the price was 700/- for 2 people. but when i entire, that time they're completely denied. And giving me 1700/- charges for 2 people's for off-line booking. Otherwise i won't return back my on-line booking charges... thn lastly i paid 1100 for that room for only 4 hours. So...

This hotel is completely fraud. They confirmed room and prizes through oyo website and then I call them to confirm the prizes ie 600 per room/day. They said yes, you can make payment over the counter.

One day before check in I called them for the confirmation but while check in they denied the prices and asked more 1500. I have all calls recorded but even they were not able to agree.
