Beautiful property loosing sheen

Google map directs you to a particular location. Yet locating the property not easy. Not popular with drivers and neighborhood community. Interior and not comfortable to commute.

Rooms classified as 1BHK and 2BHK apartments are spacious, well lit and air conditioned. Beautiful swimming pool and several halls for birthday/marriage parties.

On the flip side, loud music, dancing and people shouting at the top of their voices especially late into the night can be a great dampener for other guests. It happened to us twice in the four nights we stayed.

Food was alright and with no other restaurants near by one doesn't have any choice. Unless you manage to reach Acropolis, Lake market or Ruby.

Do not forget to take your dental kit, shaving kit, oil and the like as they are not provided. Even the highway motel may provide a better soap.

Getting auto or cab is a real challenge. Even app based drivers will call atleast twice before reaching or seek additional payment.

Service is pathetic. Breakfast supposed to begin at 7.30 really begins at 8 am. Two of any items - upma/poha/poori apart from bread omelette. People lose appetite waiting waiting before the food arrives.

Learning from the first day, we ordered well in advance lunch and dinner. Result still the same. 40 mns wait in both instances.

Room service plates and tea cups will not be cleaned... Photos you see are status after 16 hours.

In closing, making heaven or hell regards ones property depends on the family and management.....Food...

PROS:

The whole property looks well maintained, spacious and clean. The rooms, lobby, reception, restaurant, poolside area..all are the good parts about this place. The 1BHK apartment was clean and spacious. Breakfast was complimentary, food quality was decent enough.

CONS:

Check-in time is from 1 pm. We arrived late, at 3 pm. Still, it took them almost 45-50 minutes to give us a room, that too after walking to the reception and urging them quite a few times. We booked a 1BHK apartment from booking.com that showed: pool view, lake view, garden view in the room description. We got a room that opened up to the other building and the only things in view were other windows and walls. When asked at the reception, they said there are only 4 rooms with such views and it is a first come first served basis. None of this is mentioned in the website. We book looking at certain amenities, pay the whole price and don't get those, that's wrong. Some switches and plugs inside the room are pretty useless. The balcony of the specific room we got was pointless as well. Had the AC outer unit and was covered with a net. The receptionist didn't seem very concerned and didn't even...

Horrible experience. Posting this while staying here since the management won't take any action. Constantly there's been some noise in the room above the family suite that we've booked for our family. Called the management at 1 am and 4 am and the noise has continued. NO ACTION from management has been taken. The first answer given by the management is that the room above was being cleaned at 1 -1.15 am. After some food 10-15 mins of call, those noises stopped and second answer is, "let me see".

As a consumer here, all I am paying is for my experience. In the long run, least that the hotel can do is provide soundproofing to the rooms so that such a thing does not happen and as a short term solution try to curb such incidences where people from one room might get disturbed by the noises from another room.

PS: - after about 20 mins of my 4 am call to the reception, the music and jumps that I could hear have reduced. Hopefully, the rest of the day...
