My recent experience at Forkfull Xpress Kasba was nothing short of disastrous. The quality of their products, particularly the chocolate cone, is abominable. On multiple occasions, I was served a cone that had either chocolate or, bizarrely, strawberry, depending on their whims. To make matters worse, their counter staff admitted to using leftovers, which is an egregious breach of food safety standards.
The nadir of my experience was the 2-pound pastry cake I purchased for a birthday celebration. The cake was rancid, emitting a foul odor, indicative of it being spoiled. Unfortunately, my child and her friends consumed this cake and subsequently suffered from stomach infections.
This establishment's negligence and disregard for quality and hygiene are utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against patronizing Forkfull Xpress Kasba if you value your health and well-being. Read moreI must say, the pictures are a bit misleading. Staring with the seating arrangements. If you're going with a group of more than five , well best of luck , the place is quite small. Coming to the food and service . Food was good and so was the service , with very polite staff members. The menu is quite misleading as they don't necessarily serve many items in the menu , which is apparently a " printing error ". Kinda had a mishap too ,when a non vegetarian variant of a dish was served to a vegetarian. Honestly it was human mistake and they did apologise but I would have preferred if they would have at leased waived it off or at least have discounted it from the bill. All in all , bit pricey . They seemed like a new establishment , hopefully with time things change for the better. I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon , there's a lot of good...
Read moreThis is a very small joint on Rashbehari Avenue, opposite Dolna Day School. Since it's a very small place it might make you feel crowded. Not recommended for very large groups. But I must say the food is delicious here. We ordered the following items: Desi Poutine - Tasty. This is a bed of french fries with Kosha mangsho and omelette mixed on top. This is then baked with cheese. One looking for a different type of item in the menu can give it a shot. Magic mushrooms - Tasty. My dear veggie friend forgot to take a picture of this item. 😂 Blueberry cheesecake - The plating was beautiful. The cake also tested good and was up to the mark. Pan grilled chicken - The rice was very flavourful. Also the sauce in which the chicken was prepared tested very fresh and good.
Overall - If you are a foodie, you can definitely visit this...
