Yesterday I ordered two katla fish thali meals for today's lunch for the first time. The behaviour of the owner is very polite. They delivered the food before time...The foods were hot...The quality and quantity is more than enough...The food was tasty and totally homely cooked food...The fish was very fresh and standard in size...And I told them for giveing one 'peti piece and they keep my words.Every item was foil packed individually and every item name was mentioned on the foil pack which was very convenient...Me and and mom are very much satisfied with their service...will...

Very dissapointing service , very polite and sober while taking the order, oppositely behaved when asked about the small quantity and quality. Ordered 35 packets of veg lunch box on the occasion of Akshay tritiya , veg rice was very less quantity for an adult. Having said that repetedly to look after the quantity,which they confirmed. Their answer was "ei takay etai deoa jay". But the price was fixed while taking the order. Few days back I asked for a bulk order of 25 people that is too in a very short notice,Spice traders and its owner demonstrated utmost responsibility and arranged the order and get it delivered before time on that day.
