I'm so much satisfied with their service. Staffs are so much professional and behaviour is too good. They have provided me a cell phone number to reach out them in mid night or early morning if I need something. So, in the next morning I called on that number to order coffee and they didn't hesitate to serve me so early in the morning. And the price were reasonable too! I have stayed in the room no. 402, top floor and I loved the room so much just because the soothing view from the room, especially in the night. Room was a bit small but it didn't affect me. I would have rated this 5 stars but couldn't because air-conditioner doesn't even work. Whenever I set the temperature of the room at 16°, it increased to 27° by itself. There were a small wall mounted fan in the room instead of a ceiling fan. Even I couldn't sleep in the night just because of mosquitoes. But, they provided an empty mosquito repellent refill in my room. Geyser didn't work. Faucet, shower and taps didn't work well because of low water pressure. But, I have enjoyed my stay with them. I'll look forward to visit here just because of their service and the view from the room. It felt like...
