Recently came across this newly opened cloud kitchen, SAHAPUR, NEW ALIPORE, KOLKATA. The menu is a mix of north indian and chinese dishes. I tried their CRISPY CHILLI BABYCORN and SPECIAL CHICKEN BIRYANI. The crispy chilli babycorn was true to its name. It was nice and crispy with the addition of right amount of chilli to it. Next comes the special chicken biryani. It was AMAZING! Fine blend of spices and herbs. The chicken pieces were well cooked and very tender. The portion size is good. The food was worth every penny.
