It was a truly memorable experience.

The trip to Leh (Ladakh) was really a quick one - an impromptu plan. We booked a return ticket on Monday, and Tuesday, we were at Leh.

In between, I had a series of conversations with Ms Rigzin about information to take care of other aspects of itineraries. Every time, I was comforted by her outsized hospitality. With a pinch of caution, I decided to go and explore options at Leh; my worry and apprehensions were nonessential and futile; I found within a couple of hours at the hotel.

Jullay, we were greeted with smiles, yea lot of smiles around. The hotel staff took care of the initial hassles while we were immediately captivated by the caressing beauty of dancing flowers, stunning colours of surroundings, and inviting apple trees.

Upon a gentle request, the management explained the precautions we should take for the rest of the journeys, point by point, in specific and incredible detail. That included arranging for e-Pass as well.

She herself arranged very experienced, cool and calm drivers (Stanzin Lazang and Ajang) for various trips - local as well to other parts of Ladakh; her suggestions for choosing points and routes saved us a few bucks. She arranged accommodations at Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake at a terse notice; they were marvellous. Needless to say, the vehicle's condition was good, and the interior was comfy; Stanzin was obsessed with cleanliness.

We left the hotel on an excellent, memorable note. I would prefer to say it is a homestay due to home like feeling we cherished. We also got medicines at odd hours; such was the preparedness and feeling for guests. Apart from the gift of nature, we were gifted by waiving a few bills too.

Dear All I had planned to celebrate my Silver Jubilee marriage anniversary which was 5 May 2017 at Leh & Laddak and accordingly planned my itnary in the month of Dec 2016. I booked Kanika Himalayan View after due research on Internet. We landed at Leh on 1 May and stayed till 7 May. It was an experience in itself. The behavior of hotel staff was excellent and the infrastructure was also excellent. I have special mention for Mr. Veer who was overall in-charge of all affairs. He has gone out of his way and helped us to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. In the event of change of itnary, he has helped us to accommodate in the other hotel Silk Route which was a Bamboo shacks at Nubra valley. I was personally very impressed with the staff of the Hotel and particularly with Mr. Veer personal care and attention given to us which has made our trip a memorable one. I was touched with warmth shown by the Hotel staff and a gift presented by Mr. Veer to us on our Silver jubilee anniversary day which I will preserve and would be with us throughout our life as a momento. I had stayed with wife at hotel from 17.07.2019 to 25.07.2019.Hotel location was very great and very convenient. When I have problem from travel agency to receive me at Airport, I contacted hotel management and their helped immediately without any thing and taxi charge paid by hotel management without asking me.ie. Hotel management treated very nicely and I was stayed very comfortable. The room also comfortable room size, a clean and spacious bathroom, satellite TV and extremely helpful all staff. Generally first day only tell good morning but here all staff from manager to housekeeping were telling good morning, good afternoon, good evening and good night whenever meeting there. I took my food and that was also good and Service & hospitality also very nice. At a comfortable walking distance from the market of Leh . It's in a safe locality and lady guest have nothing to fear.
