Pros Located at just thr appropriate distance from the main market of leh. Famous Tibetan restaurants are just around the corner.

Decent size of rooms, clean rooms and washrooms

Great Traditional welcome- a lady dressed in traditional wear and the owner welcome you to the hotel

Cons- Poor food quality. We had better food in more remote areas of Ladakh. 2 No room heater even on a chargeable basis Inadequate staff, on a 2 day stay, our room could not be cleaned at the end of the first day because of staff unavailability The main entrance which is used by cars is is often closed. One has to use a small side entrance if walking in at odd hours, jumping across a smelly drain. Have an elevator but that does not work Washroom exhausts open in the lobby and the exhaust fans are very noisy No hot water...

Been to Leh with family during 18th. to 26th. Aug,2024. This Hotel appears like a 2nd.home for its ambience, hospitality, food and cleanliness. Jatrik travel agency, Kolkata planned the entire trip seamlessly, thanks to all the team members and the coordinator Mr. Raju Saha. Beside the outstation trips to pangong, nubra valley etc. I must admit the mannerisms and cirdialoty of staff towards every guest. The trip has been well worth the money. See it for yourself. Guys its not a paid review. Would surely visit again.
