One of the worst hotel I ever visited in my life. We were returning from pangong lake to Leh and our rooms were booked in this hotel, so we reached at 2pm at this hotel. The reception was closed, we have to wait outside for approx 20 minutes before the manager lady comes. As soon as she came she told us we shouldn't have come this early. Further she showed us some of the worst rooms which were usually offered to drivers while all other rooms were dirty. When we demanded some other rooms she didn't showed us other and when we rejected those worst rooms she told us to Checkout. We even had our lunch fixed in that hotel which we demanded as soon as we reach there upon which they replied lunch is not ready so you can go out and have it.||I have never received such a worst service in my life. Apart from this incident we lived there before for one day on the same trip. Even at that time service wasn't good. Lack of availability of hot water and other basic needs even food was average and not served on time.||Overall I wouldn't advice anyone to come to this hotel, there are many hotels in Leh which are far more superior to this also...

Trip to Zamballa Inn from the Airport is about 10 minutes with a Taxi fare of INR 500. Hotel is on upper Changspa Road. Lot of Cafe restaurants and adventure shops on the way but closed as we went out of tourist season. 8 Minutes walk to the main market. Property is managed by a gentleman and his wife. Now the trip was booked on booking.com site with breakfast. Now there is no dining hall that is a total bummer.||Now the food and tea service happens in room and the transit from kitchen to your room takes about 2 minutes these 2 minutes are enough to cool your hot food down. Staff was in adequate and room service was done by a single lady(feel sorry for her). This may be probably because we went outside the tourist schedule.
