Great Escape Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

I strongly recommend not booking any villas through Tropicana Stays. We had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience with one of their properties. The villa was far from what was promised. The rooms were not clean, and the kitchen was in a terrible condition. There were flies all over the kitchen, making it unhygienic and unfit for use. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were completely lacking.

The overall service was also very poor—there was no prompt assistance from the staff, and it felt like guest comfort was not a priority at all.

For the price we paid, we expected a decent and comfortable stay, but what we got was nothing short of a disaster. I would not recommend Tropicana Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing or hassle-free vacation. Save your money and avoid the frustration—we definitely regret...
