Suggestions for Improvement:

The swimming pool was quite deep, which made it difficult for girls and women to enjoy. Consider adding a separate shallow section or improving accessibility for everyone.

Safety measures around the pool area are needed to prevent children from entering unsupervised.

A lawn area with seating would be a great addition for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The parking space is very limited—currently, only 2 or 3 cars can be parked. Expanding the parking area would be helpful.

Many dishes listed were unavailable during our visit. Although the food was excellent, it would be helpful to display a board showing the dishes currently available so guests are well-informed.

We had an excellent stay at Nagavkars Palace Alibaug! The property is truly awesome – spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a group getaway. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the washrooms were spotless. The swimming pool was clean and very enjoyable, adding to the fun of our team outing. The staff was extremely supportive and polite, always ready to assist whenever needed. We were also impressed by the quick and efficient service. I was here with family for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay here. Mr Harshal, Sujit and Santosh were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The staff have kept the place absolutely clean. Though the food was tasty and we enjoyed it, we ran out of options on what to order. This place was very close to the beach and also there are plenty of good eateries nearby. We would definitely stay at this place whenever we visit Alibaug the next time. Highly...
