Had a pathetic experience here. Starting from the service to the cleanliness to every single thing here was worse.. As soon as we entered the hotel the lady in charge literally ordered us to pay the remaining amount which is to be paid at time of check out. Second bad experience was the room- no curtains, broken rod fallen on the floor, dirty mattress, dirty mats, dirty pillows without pillow covers. I didn't even feel like touching anything around me in that room. When we asked them for pillow covers they brought it after almost 2 hours after repeated reminders. We asked them to fix the curtains because there was too much light falling in the room. They kept dodging us till next day and it never happened. We ended up sleeping in a room full of street light. Room service phone never works. We once asked for dinner at room service (which I regret now), they just brought the food in plastic bags. And we asked for plates. Then they bring dirty unwashed plates. It just gets worse.
Bathrooms are in very bad condition. No hangers, no proper taps or flush. When we asked the service guy why is everything out of place his answer was "yahan pe aisa hi hota hai madam" Ughh!
I don't know how there are many good reviews or was mine just one odd day!. Wouldn't recommend this place. There was not even an apology from the hotel management for the...

Hotel Sai Kamal offers a pleasant and convenient stay for devotees visiting Shirdi. Located just a few minutes' walk from the Sai Baba Temple, the hotel is ideal for those looking for easy temple access without the hassle of long commutes.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering basic amenities like AC, TV, and hot water. Guests are also provided with a complimentary breakfast, which is simple yet satisfying. The staff behavior is excellent they are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with local guidance or temple timings. Housekeeping is prompt and ensures the rooms remain tidy throughout your stay.
What truly stands out is the affordability, location, and overall comfort. For the price, the service is truly value for money. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops for food and essentials, and the hotel staff is happy to help arrange local transport if needed.
Only area for improvement: The in-house dining options are limited but with many eateries nearby, this is not a major drawback.
Overall, Hotel Sai Kamal is a reliable, peaceful, and comfortable choice for families, solo travelers, or pilgrims visiting Shirdi. It offers good hospitality, clean accommodation, and a spiritually satisfying experience. Would definitely consider...
Read moreAC rooms are big and spacious, food is good, only thing that put me off was hot water wasn't hot enough, when we reached at 5pm I took bath with lukewarm water and next morning when it was supposed to be too hot it was even more colder, ended up taking bath like that only, when I spoke to hotel while checkout they said I shd have told them the issue they would have arranged something, also I asked for late check-out it was turned down, not even half an hour was given more.
Moreover there were mosquitos in the room which I had to kill with my slippers literally. The door has a gap between which they come inside and the bathroom windows have gaps too.
Sorry but if you need customers to return, you need to sensitive enough to customer demands, late check-out I have got everywhere in Shirdi atleast one hour all hotels give and no one has denied so far, if your hotel is in demand because of your low prices, it really doesn't make me return back as a customer. Also, hot water is something that should come automatically if you have a geyser and not that I have to ask everytime for it...!
Sorry but I think better places are around, for someone who is in budget and they can live with these factors good for you, but for me I will search a better...
