I am actually surprised that this hotel has so many good reviews!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The worst experiences I ever had!

Food: oh that’s the last thing that can even be called good in this hotel. They will prepare dosa with yesterday’s or even day before yesterday’s batter. They will give yesterday’s chutney that’s been stored in the fridge all through the day. So you will be greeted with ice cold chutney. Their dosas are pretty big. Unless you are a foodie, you can not eat that big a dosa. And more importantly that sour dosa! Pathetic!!

Service: Their waiters have the biggest attitude and ego problems. I had to see them ask another customer to leave just because they argued that the food was bad! If u know Hindi here is what the waiter said - “haan jao jao, aur woh bottle, woh aapka hai, woh bhi leke jaana “! It’s not the sentence but the way he said it.

Price: a whooping cost for yesterday’s dosa! A whooping 195/- for a dosa made with yesterday’s batter and served with ice cold chutney, which tastes really bad!! I believe 5 stars don’t charge that much too!

More: Oh by the way, if u think I just had dosa … no no.. we had dosa, utthappam, rava dosa and panipuri too. The pani puri they served had almost stale curry in it! But the taste was covered up using the sweetener and the water in it. The first puri in the mouth, I literally hated it!

On top of this, I asked for a feedback book and they refused to give. The manager was staring at me, as if I was alien!

If u really want good food around the Shiridi temple, please visit Udupi express. They are much better in taste, service...

Well, we've visited this place a month ago and were eager to try the Dosa there. However, we've got our food served post 30 minutes of wait and shockingly we found a bug inside it.

While I've called the staff to report this, a guy who was bit lean and tall arrived to the rescue. Now the surprising part is the way he dealt the entire issue

" Sorry, ye dosa replace kardinge aur doosra lelo" this was what he told. Considering that I'm with my family and also the spirititual place we're in, didn't get into a verbal sprat with him

He continued " hum log ye hi khaare itte din se, bill nakko do aap chaahey toh. Hogya na issue solve "

Would bashed on his face right there. But there's no good to deal a lean guy that way and we've just left the place
