Hotel The Pride Malvan — Hotel in Maharashtra

I have recently been to this hotel during my stay in malvan.. One of the worst hotel experience 😑 They are definatly over priced for the services they provide.. Room amenities was not handled professionally.. Staff is not trained properly.. Services are poor, pathetic and unhygienic in some part.. I feel there was lot of miscommunication /miscordination between the staff members as wel as owner.. Its really funny! Anyways, This hotel is not at all 3 star in any manner as they dont provide upto the mark facilities as any 3 star properties would do.. As of now i would definatly not recommend 👎this hotel to anyone as they really need to improve on facilities and services..

Tip/Suggestion to all travellers: please take out an little extra time and search for a good hotels or home stays, as there are many other options in that area.. Which is resonable and...

Worst stayed in hotel the pride, malvan. We checked hotel pics on internet. It looked very nice and the price was all so high. We thought it might be good and booked it. But below experience was horrible during stay.

Hot water always been concerned after living for 2 more days that to in winter. If you need hot water then you need to walk to the reception and ask them.

No ventilation in bathroom, Also flush water is continually running out and fan was too noisy.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, Pillows were hurting our neck when you slept.

Room floor was very sticky after room service and had to use slippers all the time.

No internet no wifi in the room.

Staffs are somewhat good at service but had to call 2-3 times for orders and services. Food is tasteless and...

Food is very monotonous. They serve minor variations of the same menu in both lunch and dinner which is pathetic. Order anything after 9 pm and you would mostly be told that the cook has left hence order can't be taken. Half of the time you won't see anyone present in the reception to answer your queries. Rooms are smelly and looks old and lacking maintenance. Same for the washrooms. The rooms allotted to us had a layer of dust on all bathroom fittings and room furniture clearly indicating that no one had stayed there since quite some time. If you are there with a tourist package having a tour manager , then its fine. Else it is not...
