Nature view cottage Diveagar — Hotel in Maharashtra

Situated around less than 1km walking distance from beach. My experience: No one to greet u coz no reception. Take ur luggage urself and shift to the cottage by asking the caretaker.

Food will be ready only if you have ordered in advance. They have a kitchen but refused to serve any food when we reached at 1.30pm coz he says you didn't ordered in advance but we called in morning when we started from Mumbai that time they didn't told this condition. After a complaint to Makemytrip in 5 mins they cane to room while we were getting ready to go outside apologised and served food on order. Food is ok in taste but please keep in mind a pure vegetarian can't eat here. Smell of fish is everywhere and in each utensil. Dogs and cats roaming around u while u eat and after we finished food two cats jumped on the table and ate the leftover fish and other food items after watching this we didn't took anything to eat from this resort.

Cottage Rooms are clean and good but after paying 5500 for a day u should get a good service i suppose.

Owner nikhil promptly responds to ur request. Arranged taxi for us coz we were not able to find one.

U should know that its a small village and if u r not having a vehicle u have to walk everywhere coz nothing is available like an auto ola etc... with small kids walking upto beach can be difficult.

Generally people there we met outside in diveagar were very decent and helping.

Overall if u have no problems with cats and dog around property and can walk upto beach then u can...

This is really good place to stay and owner is too friendly and helping.We stayed here 2 days and i lost my car's key inside beach and my vehicle was parked at road side infront of beach. The owner of resort has helped me to the great extent. He helped me to lock my cars tyre until I get alternative key so that if someone gets the key shouldn't steal my car. He came immediately after this incedent to help us. He brought his car to pick up my family from beach as there are no auto available at that point.We are diabetic and tablets wereo locked inside car. He took me 8-10 medical shop for getting tablets. Without his support it was difficult for me there but kept me confirtable and provided all kind of support. They also prepare morning breakfast and food at night. The taste is homely and awesome and upma was coconut mix and tasty. Rooms are very clean and maintained. Good car parking and owner is too active to help and advice us with any difficulties. Have been to Natures view Cottage a year back with my family. They have 2 beautiful cottages with 2 rooms each. It's a homestay built in a betel nut groove, just behind the owners home. Rooms are clean and well kept. AC / Non-AC , both options are available. Hot water and inverter back up available.

I would recommend that you book this homestay without any hesitation. The family that owns this place is very humble and supportive. They also serve breakfast and tea, and got to know that they have also started lunch / dinner. You will really enjoy they stay and food,...
