Sun n Sand Holiday Home ( best hotel in malvan — Hotel in Maharashtra

The good part about Sun n Sand is that it is extremely well connected from all sides. Chivala Beach is at walkable distance, Malvan Beach is at the backside, Dandi Beach is walkable, Rock Garden and Ganesh Temple are at just either 1 or 2 km distance. You can even plan for Tarkarli and other beaches. Besides the room we have received was AC room. It was spacious for the family of 4. The staff person Sadanand and Kaka were very helpful. They have been courteous and polite to discuss anything with them. I would highly recommend this place as it fulfills all your needs as even market and other needs are available at the stone throw distance. Being a vegetarian, there were few good option in restaurant were available in 1 min distance. Rajbhog hotel being the best for veg food. I would definitely opt for the same hotel once I would come back for a vacation in Malvan. Tejas the owner is also cooperative. Just one suggestion, kindly keep the direct contact number of the Hotel on various websites so that people can easily get in touch with the Hotel directly talking...

I dint find this hotel clean and tidy.The reception person is good by nature but very lame in work he took nearly 30 min to assign room to us.Location is quite well.1 thing i like to highlight here is dont go to the restaurant they mentioned as their own which is just nearby they offer you 10% discount but truly speaking the food is not that great but the restaurant which is in front and just next to this hotel serve great food also the price is less and service is good.Most of the Rooms have Indian toilet and so if you are going with elderly people make sure u confirm your room and toilets as to what they prefer.The bathroom are anyways pathetic not cleaned and also bed-sheet and rugs are not change and they smell like damp.Scuba Diving neat to malvan is great no need to go to tarkarli and waste time and money.I prefer dont go for the entire package as the rides pakage seem to be attractive by they are offer not more than a 1 min. Insted go for scuba diving twice.Hope review will help ur to decide better while booking...

The owner/manager doesn't know exactly who he was but his behavior was so rough that he probably needs the customer.

There was only 1 light in the room and that too of yellow color and dull, so there was no freshness at all inside the room.

The mattress was so bad and full of spring, it caused body pain after waking up in the morning.

And most of all, the funny thing is that, Even after having an AC room, they don't give the AC remote.😡 If you are going to book the AC room, please ask them whether they will give you the remote or not. Because they didn't give us the remote.🤬 When I called him he said that we did not give the remote.😡 I asked him why didn't you tell me earlier, that each room is kept at a fixed temperature, we do not provide remote. Then he replied that you didn't ask me about the remote so I didn't tell you.😅 He doesn't even have that much common sense to give the AC remote. Later I came to know from the worker that the remote of the company is lost.

The only good thing was that the beach is 5 minutes walking distance...
