Me and my two brothers stayed there on 2nd 3rd Feb in cochin Bolgatti Regent.Overall great experience for us. Excellent service and nice room and washroom. I had a great experience with the stay here. I booked a room here with oyo and at last minute the the oyo changed the property to another hotel 10 kms away without any concent. The oyo customer care were pathetic asking me to go to that property and was not willing to refund. But the hotel manager helped me to checkin here and himself managed to contact oyo and changed the booking. I really appreciate the effort he made without charging me any extra amount.
