Hotel Silver Park — Hotel in Mumbai

Worst hotel experience ever. Pay little extra and stay somewhere else. If travelling with family definitely don’t stay here. It looks like a shady hotel, and not even worth the price u paid: 1 - Hotel is inside a building covered for restoration/maintenance. It’s like entering a shady hotel. 2- no lift, need to carry the luggage to 2nd floor. Stairs are dark, full of garbage and spit stains, open wires 3-small suffocating rooms - very small room, no windows in standard room although photos of room shows well light and room with window. So sections of the rooms like the coffee table are inaccessible without jumping the bed. See pics 4-unclean linen. Linen was not great. Itching all night. Mattress too stiff 5-noisy hotel - could not sleep all night due to noise, shouting, door banging etc. 6- I checked in at 5pm and still the room was not ready. They started making the bed and cleaning room only after I arrived

What’s good: 1- perhaps the only good this is the size of bathroom. It’s surprisingly big for the room size. 2-location is good for people wanting to stay close...

I stayed at Hotel Silver Park, Kajupada, Mumbai from January 30th to February 1st, 2025, and it was a nightmare. The rooms were unhygienic, with cobwebs, ants near the bed, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I couldn't sleep properly, fearing insects crawling on me.

The management is unresponsive, and they charge extra ₹20-₹50 for every small request, including water, despite the high room rate of ₹2500 per night (without food). It felt like a complete money grab.

This hotel lacks basic amenities, service, and hygiene. Avoid it at all costs! Spend a little more and stay at a hotel that actually cares about its guests. Would never...

I stayed at Hotel Silver Park, Kajupada, Mumbai, and it was a terrible stay. The staff did not help, and the room had no basic things. Sabse badi baat, no one is care about how you would feel, they do not listen to you ever, kuch bhi kar lo, itna ganda experience mujhe kahi or nahi mila, main kya batau, The room was very dirty, with cobwebs and ants near the bed. I could not sleep well because I was worried about insects. It was very uncomfortable and scary. This hotel is not good. Do not stay here. Spend a little more money and choose a better hotel. I will never come back!!! Not will ask anyone to go and stay...
