Terrible experience!! Too many people in a slot rushing to go in with 'paisa vasool' mindset, staff unable to manage things well, loud music and sound from the fog spray. Honestly, there isn't much inside, just a slide, an ice skating rink, and some spots for photos. Once in, you have to stand in queue for all of the things (slide and ice skating).

Not even a one-time visit. Please save yourself and your kids from this trauma and go to some other peaceful place. If you really want to go though, go on a weekday and not during school vacation times.

Frank opinion: Natural snow is natural snow. No matter how hard you try to recreate it with machines, it doesn't feel good. Maybe that was the experience with just this place and maybe there are better places out there - I don't know. Kids will probably enjoy it because it is something different, but trust me, there are much better things to do than go to this place.

This way, the staff can guide each person on where to keep your belongings as well as help with wearing the shoes and jacket. That way, people who go inside will know where to keep their belongings and then retrieve them once they come out of the snow area.
