Pathetic customer service. Infact, you will only find ai bots. Most of their products under bath and body range are out of stock. What is the point of buying when it will never be available for your baby later. I was fooled into buying their products under some offer . Out of 3 products, 1 product came with damaged packaging. It had moisture droplets inside with the seal broken.

After showing pics and video and following up with them for hours, they gave me a code to redeem their product from their website but the code had validity of only 1 month. Now it will soon be a month and their product is still out of stock.
