Please ignore the two recent positive reviews for this place. My experience has been similar to the other critical review this business has received â decent products with needlessly unprofessional folks both at customer touch points and behind it. After buying time to deliver my sofa, they sent us a defective product despite promising us that the reason they wanted a few days to ship was so that they could check the product for quality and have it cleaned before shipping it out.
After flagging the issue and a visit from a technician who admitted to a few changes heâd like to do to fix it, itâs been weeks without a resolution. Someone would call and promise to give me an update the next day and upon following up theyâd just ghost me. Extremely unprofessional and badly run. I hope HTL International would take stock of the sad state of affairs of their India operations before they face grave reputational damage to their brand. Itâs saddening that good products are being sold and serviced by folks without much expertise in doing so. The company only started operations this year but it already feels like theyâre in duress and donât have the resources to be able to operate in the country. I urge you not to buy from them....

I wish to take this moment to share my experience with you regarding my encounter with the Homes to life (Phoenix Mall Kurla) team. After the purchase and the subsequent delay on the day if delivery, when I initially reached out to the HTL Phoenix Mall team, I was provided shockingly cold response (By one Ms Nidhi). When I raised my displeasure, I was put on to Mr Santhosh and when he reached back to me, I assumed it to be more a call for a firefighting solution for the displeasured communication that I had conveyed. But post that, what communications that transpired between us and the professionalism with which Mr Santhos handled the situation, I was sincerely impressed with his professionalism and competence. He provided a prompt silolution and I say this with conviction this is a setting example of how an annoyed, dissatisfied customer should be handled and how a unpleasant situation can be changed into a positive one by an employees relentless efforts and support. I purchased a dining table from Homestolife for 55k, expecting quality craftsmanship and durability. Unfortunately, a significant manufacturing defects from day 1 has being notified to Sales person too and became apparent. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response. It's being 4 months now!
The table's Marble Top is in bended situation and has made it unusable, affecting its aesthetic appeal and functionality. This experience has been highly disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid and the lack of support from Homestolife.
I urge potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from Homestolife until they address their quality control issues and improve their customer service responsiveness.
