FabHotel Vertigo Suite - Hotel Near Kurla West, Mumbai — Hotel in Mumbai

DO NOT GO BY THE PICS, THEY ARE ALL DECEPTIVE. WORST HOTEL EVER! This is one of the worst hotel stay experiences in Mumbai. Location : The surrounding is so bad & unhygienic. All garages, tiles shops, spares parts shop around this place. The quality of restaurants around is highly unfavorable & unhygienic.

Hotel : The rooms were the worst part of this stay. Don't know how long the rooms were shut, once we entered, the room smelled very stuffy! There is no ventilations in any of the rooms. The walls were all stained & the ceiling was wet. Small insects were roaming because of the moistness. The stuffy smell was so bad, we almost puked. We purchased a air freshener & placed inside the washroom & the room. The bedsheet, comforter & towel as well, was stained & brownish. AC cooling wasn't working. TV wasn't working. Inspite of using a air freshener, the stuffy smell was overpowering. No exhaust in the washroom. Even the individual floors & lobby were smelly.

Looking at the disgusting rooms & area this hotel is located in, we skipped having their breakfast as well. Unfortunately we paid the 2 nights stay amount in advance, so had to live with the above. I booked a Suite through the Oyo portal and made advanced full payment for 4 nights. Upon arrival at the hotel reception, I was asked to cancel the Oyo booking and get the direct booking with the hotel done. The staff very strongly said that they don't entertain Oyo bookings and I need to cancel the booking from the Oyo portal. That led to heated arguments and some threatening words from the reception staff. Since I was there for an academic meeting and was getting late, I cancelled the booking and got the room directly with them. Meanwhile, Oyo charged 8000 rupees, as cancellation charges which I got back after raising my complaint and multiple rounds of phone calls.

The property is located in a busy and dirty/slum locality near Naala. Rooms are too small with hardly 2 feet space beyond the bed. The washrooms are too small. There is no window or balcony in rooms and it felt like being in jail. Breakfast is fixed with 3 or 4 options and you have to select anyone. The pre-decided quantity of breakfast is too small that you will be feeling hungry within 2 hours.

" Stay at Any Hotel but New Radisson suite"

Horrible experience of stay at Hotel New Radisson (Radsson) Suite BKC Mumbai which was booked seeing the proximity to Visa office through Fab Hotel App. I Stayed in hotel when visited Mumbai with regards to Visa interview. Hotel is situated in the scrap market (Kabadi area). Pathetic state of outside ambience. Cleanliness words not at all applicable once we move outside the gate of the hotel. No ventilation at all in the Hotel. Quality of breakfast very poor, it was hardly eatable. I had breakfast only once (although booked Hotel with breakfast) because of quality of breakfast. Hygiene of dining hall was pathetic. No good restaurants nearby for having quality food was available. TV fitted in the room was never started. Quality of linens was also not upto the mark. Finally it is suggested that stay anywhere else but New Radisson (Radsson) suite . Overall my rating will be...
