This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. I had a pathetic experience from the hotel owner and staffs. My brand-new car ( only 6 months old) got damaged due to the unprofessional behaviour from the hotel staff and it cost me around Rs. 27,000 for servicing.
This hotel has mentioned Car parking facility in Oyo and all other hotel booking aggregators. But they donât have any space to park the car. The hotel staff has parked my car in the roadside. When I asked about police issue and risk of damaging, the management has informed that they will take all the risk and assured that the parking is Hotelâs responsibility.
But, in the night, hotel staff has parked a bike near to my car and was sitting on the same. Suddenly bike fell down above my car while he tried to get up from the bike. Back quarter panel and back bumper got damaged & scratches and dents were in the panel. I have the CCTV footage of the incident.
I have asked the hotel owner to give compensation for the damage. He has not given the same and hotel staff act like Goondas to myself and my wife. They havenât cleaned our room, havenât given breakfast to us (complimentary breakfast was included in the package), behaved rudely to me and my wife and asked to vacate the room before the check out time.
Finally we vacated the hotel and went to Kurla police station and made the complaint. When I have told the owner that I am going to complaint to police, he has replied that he is giving regular bribery to police and they will not take any action against them. But anyway, we have given the complaint to police and submitted the CCTV footage copies and all call/video recordings. I have the recorded video of showing the rude and Goonda behaviour of the hospital staff.
We have informed this to Oyo team and even police has talked to Oyo. But Oyo hasnât given any response to us.

They showed us a cleaned room and let my wife check into a room with full of URIN SMELL! Hotel manager utilised our urgency and need, and said, other rooms are gone and this is the only room available. My wife and her friend had to stay there
During the stay, my wife asked for a bath towel, they wanted to know why towel is needed!? And they said they ran out of bath towel!! Staffs in the night rang door bell and played hide out!! it was a horrible and scary experience. I donât usually write bad reviews unless it is really bad! My wife and her friend explained this cheap and horrible experience to me after checking out, I was shocked! I asked why didnât you call the police or report it! They said they didnât want to make an issue and they were able to manage it..
I wrote this review to save any other women thinking to stay in this hotel! Please please know that you may save 500 rs but itâs not worth your life!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LUSTFUL, CHEAP AND DISRESPECTING PEOPLE!!

   Read morePathetic hotel. We booked it through Oyo and when we came here the receptionist told us that your booking is not there. Then, he told us that we cannot give you the room, Oyo is charging you less and our room (basic) cost is âš3000. They didnât give us the room for 1 hour, we kept on requesting because we were tired and Oyoâs customer care was taking a long time to provide the solution. Meanwhile we came across a couple sitting in the reception area with the same issue, they had booked through booking.com. In the end, Oyo customer care spoke to the customer and they agreed to give us a room for 3k, while we made a booking for around 2k. The room they gave us was full of fungus and water was leaking from the wall, we moved out in just an hour because I couldnât stand that fungal smell and asked a house keeping guy, if other rooms are better and he said, that other rooms are also same, so, we stayed there because we had been roaming here and there since morning and finally got a room in this hotel. In the evening when we came back, the room was stinking severely because of the fungus and I requested the receptionist if he could look into the matter, he said ânow we canât do anything our rooms are fullâ and asked the house keeping guy to spray air freshner.. to add to this the pillows were stinking real bad as well and bathroom is disgusting as well here.. and 2-3 times when we passed the reception, we came across people just fighting about the same thing⌠cancelling of booking⌠be it Oyo, agoda, booking.com ⌠Please avoid this hotel, absolutely pathetic, waste of...
