Hotel Alibaba — Hotel in Mumbai

This was a terrible stay. We stayed here for 3 days & we didn't even get it for a justifiable price. the service is pathetic. Other than maybe one man at the reception. The staff of this hotel is practically any random guy. They don't have a dress code of any sort, the staff is in general very careless & Hasty with their response. They are not at all bothered about what you ask of them. Some of the staff members even seem upset that you are there. No room service was done. They didn't do any kind of room service. It was a very shabby place to begin with. On top, they never cleaned the bathrooms or gave us fresh towels or soap for that matter. The geyser is quite the volcano. They didn't have any temperature settings or cut off. When you take a shower, it's pretty impossible to get the heat just right for survival. It's either arctic cold or inferno. I burnt my hand when I turned the wash basin on, because this is the first place to provide boiling water from the wash basin. Other than the advantage of location. DO NOT BOOK THIS TERRIBLE PLACE The geyser in my bathroom burst while i was in the bathroom. Anjum Khan at the reception is very rude. All 3 staff members i came across have a very bad attitude towards customers. They talk so rudely with customers and are very unprofessional. I agree with the review given by Anwar Khan. Reply to the reply i got below. 1st thing is that it was not fixed in 30 mins. For 30mins i had to keep telling your staff to let me shower in another room as i was getting late. After i left for work, it was fixed behind me. So don't say 30mins. Plus u say u don't compromise on customer safety. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. There was no greeting, no smile—just a cold, unwelcoming attitude that made it clear guests are not a priority here. When I asked for basic assistance, I was either ignored or met with eye rolls and curt responses.
