IN FOCUS PHOTO STUDIO — Local services in Mumbai

It’s a 5* on 5* however before I get to narrating my excellent a experience with In Focus Studio it was a pathetic with Star Colour Lab & Photo Studios which is just across the road on the other side where I had a 10 years plus relationship (please do refer my review on Star Colour Labs with digital supporting evidence of the same). So looking for an alternative I landed up In Focus Studio who have also been in the business for well over 10 years and the Business owner is Ramesh Singh. His photo quality and especially end to end experience is nothing short of amazing and quality of photography and photographs is good too. Each one of is likely to have needs when we go for a click to a studio and mine is primarily for visas and IDs and things like that and most important is convenience and quality along with a basic good interactive experience with the business owner as well as the support staff. For example I keep misplacing pictures and is far less expensive than burning time for searching for previous photographs and all I have to do is give him a call and he retrieves my pictures and keeps them printed and ready for me to arrange a pick up also periodically their systems get loaded to capacity and that is what I as a customer am aware and sensitized too and for that the solution is I just email them to him and it’s as simple as that. His by far a better option than Star Colour labs where on each and every front In Focus is ahead of them, far more professional and no attitude too so over all a great Customer Satisfaction is one is most likely to experience just the way I did as a matter of fact due to their Studio’s location I have to drive a few meters up the Lokhandwala bridge and do a U turn and the overall experience of dealing with them by far offsets that minor inconvenience and I do recommend them as the best based in this...

Very bad experience. I needed photo for us visa, they fetched me very blur photos. When I started asking why it's so blur they said their shop is for 20 years, good rapport they can take guarantee that it will work in visa application. When I took it to VAC center I was asked the same question why is it blur. Thank god I have taken another set of pics from another studio. I was able to submit the application.

It was big mistake to believe on sentences like it's been there for 20 years, they have goodwill, good rapport, etc. I should have argued and fetched fresh set of photos there itself, they are in real hurry and just want to make quick cash.

If you visit this place please make sure quality of photos meet basic requirements like clarity, center oriented and symmetry. These guys are not going to check anything for you and simply argue they don't care about...

If anybody says that the staff ( Ujwala ) is rude then it's absolutely incorrect. Because I have very sweet experience about her. When I went there I was not only the customer of her but there was crowd. She was dealing every customers with a positive smiling face, hearing every questions and requirements with great attention and doing all works serially efficiently without any hesitation. I saw few customers we're unnecessarily asked questions which was not at all relevant to her work. Still she was replying with a polite manner.
