Hotel Axis International — Hotel in Mumbai

I'm all praises here. All you'll find is praise and gratitude towards the property, the people, the food... Two days of stay here has been etched on our memories. ||It was a trip of medical emergency for my father. And this hotel was closest to the places I needed to take my old parents. But the feeling of comfort, warmth and confidence I got was the very first time I spoke to Mr. Shakeel Ahmed, the warm, amicable and helpful host and Manager of the hotel.||He indeed deserves the first mention here. From booking to checkout and all in between was smooth sailing.||||Rooms - I'd booked Premier Room for my parents and Super Deluxe for my sister and her 10 year old kid (hers was a last minute booking. And I still got it). ||I do not have photographs of the rooms, because it wasn't a holiday for us. ||But I assure you, the rooms are just as they are in the website pictures. Exact replica. Absolutely flawless.||||Service - Exceptional. Warm, friendly, helpful...every single person assigned to their duties have all of these three qualities in them. They're on your beck and call. You'll have help whenever you dial the reception for it. Housekeeping is super. ||Mr. Sonu at the reception deserves a word of gratitude here. Thank you so much Sonu, for going beyond your duties to help.||||Food - Everything we ordered was delish. Be it a thali, biryani, fried rice or sandwich. Rates don't burn a hole in your pocket and the quantity is more than your expectations. I'm in love with their coffee. Had two cups at a go. My dad, who we had to be very careful about what we feed him because of his cancer surgery, was absolutely great with the hotel food. We had breakfast included in the package. It's delivered to your room. We requested them to get it early at 8 and they got it at 8. ||Mr. Chef, apologies on not asking your name. But you are an extremely fabulous cook!||||I had left my old and unwell parents and my sister with a child, in the care of this hotel. And believe you me, I was completely free of worry as to how they must be in an unknown place. ||But Shakeel and his team left no stone unturned to be careful about their safety, food, care and above all...love with which they looked after them those two days.||I'm deeply touched with this beautiful human touch that they all added to their jobs.||||This hotel is minutes away from International Airport and stone's throw from JVLR. It's great place for business, couples, family and even solo (if they allow) for anyone who needs a respite in these tough times.||||This hotel might not have a great big gate to catch your eyes. But as the adage goes, don't judge the book by its cover. ||Families are what we're born into. Initially we as family members booked through makemytrip for Hotel accomodation from 14th to 17th of Jan 2021. While booking we noted that hotel was identified with car parking and confirmed booking.

On arrival at Hotel Axis International, Mumbai, we noticed only one parking slot with them and no any other facility notified by hotel receptionist. We decided to stay since booking made through makemytrip and there is no alternative.

We entered room and saw that the room so small for three bed accomodation and with restricted movement because there was no space, however we adjusted.

Another day on 16th my son appeared exam and we returned back. While the car parking was noticed there some other customer car was parked and for enquiry, the receptionist responded that the parking sold online to other costomer, there is no parking available and asked us to park the vehicle outside on the roadside initially. We shocked and shouted at reception and the receptionist way of talking was totally irresponsible and denied for sometimes than forces us to talk to makemytrip official for any short of query.

Totally we got upset with such behavior and discomfort made by the hotel axis international, Mumbai management and with intimation to makemytrip official we decided and vacated immediately and return back to home.

Also the room service rendered are not hygiene, glasses, tea cups are not cleaned and bed spread are not changed and noticed that the used one are reused again. Besides the food quality was not good.
